Submit Your Music to Music Mafia Radio
Every week, Music Mafia Radio reviews new music from independent artists around the world. If you’d like your music considered for airplay, these guidelines will help ensure your submission arrives ready for review.
Where to Send Your Music
Email all submissions to:
musicmafiaradio@yahoo.com
Only submissions sent to this address will be reviewed. Every submission receives consideration, but due to the volume of music we receive, we can’t respond individually to every artist.
Accepted Formats
We accept the following file types:
- MP3
- WAV
- FLAC
- Links to download any of the above formats
If you send a download link, make sure it goes directly to the file — not a streaming page.
What Happens After You Submit
We listen to everything that comes in. But here’s the honest truth:
- We receive over 13,000 submissions a year
- We review them all
- Airplay is not guaranteed
If your track gets added to rotation, you’ll hear from us. If not, don’t take it personally — we simply can’t play everything we receive.
Checklist Before You Hit Send
-
- MP3, WAV, or FLAC file attached — or a download link to one
- MP3 is properly tagged (if that’s the format you’re sending)
- Social media links included
- Website link included (optional)
- No streaming‑only submissions
- Sent to musicmafiaradio@yahoo.com
Tagging Your Files
If you’re sending an MP3, please make sure it’s properly tagged with:
- Artist name
- Song title
- Album or single name
- Artwork (if available)
Tagged files help your track display correctly in our system and on listener devices.
Include Your Links
When you submit, include:
Your social media links Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X — wherever you’re active.
Your website (optional) Not required, but helpful. It gives us a better sense of who you are and what you’re building.
What Not to Send
Streaming links alone will not be considered.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud — those are great for fans, but they don’t work for radio submission. You can include them as extras, but they cannot replace the downloadable audio file.
If you’ve checked everything off the list, you’re ready to submit. We appreciate the opportunity to discover new independent music and wish you the best of luck.
